A Big Ear provider uses Perfect-Fit Technology to capture an impression of your ear right there at a match, gun shop or club, and your custom solid earplug is built from it. No appointment, no audiologist. If there's no provider near you, your order includes a home impression kit instead.

What's the difference between this and the filtered or 37 dB sets?
