Every Big Ear product is custom-molded to your exact ear — it fits no one else. That shapes how returns work, and it is also why we stand behind the fit so strongly.
Because each piece is made to a unique impression of your ear and cannot be resold, custom orders are not eligible for refund once production has begun. This is standard for custom hearing protection.
Fit is our responsibility. If your custom product does not fit correctly, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to adjust or remake it so it fits right. That is the promise.
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us right away with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
Unopened accessories in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Contact us for a return authorization.
