Your impressions reach our South Carolina lab, where skilled craftspeople build your set by hand — cast, fitted, tuned, and finished to your ear. 35–40 business days of real handwork, with an update at every stage. We don’t rush the part that makes them yours.
They arrive sealed, sized, and unmistakably yours. If the fit isn’t right, we remake them. Period.

My dad started Big Ear in 2003 on one stubborn idea: hearing protection should be built to your ear, not crammed in and hoped for. I’ve been part of it from the start — and I needed it myself. Years of coming off the bike with my ears ringing, after every drugstore fix failed to hold. A set built to my own ears fixed what nothing else could. That’s why I never left.
